Let's face it, buying or selling your home is a very big deal. For most people, their home is the single largest investment they will ever make and it's extremely important to choose wisely when selecting a real estate agent.
Following the laws, rules and regulations is an obvious must, but where most agents fall short is in their service, or lack thereof. Ever had an agent not return your call within a reasonable amount of time? How about promising to do something but never actually following through? Did they act all pumped up when they listed your house but have since "disappeared" for months at a time? Don't feel bad, I've been on the receiving end of really bad service too and it's not a pleasant experience.
NOT WITH ME! I'm committed to excellent service and open communication throughout the enitre process. Does that mean I'll be able to answer my phone every single time you call?...I'm human too, so no...but I will return your call in a reasonable amount of time. I will do what I say, say what I do, and will always be honest. I will never put my paycheck ahead of doing what's right. I treat everyone with respect, and expect the same in return. I ask the same you ask from me, return my calls within a reasonable amount of time, be honest with me, and we'll get along great! lol Don't freak out, I'm not trying to scare you away, but isn't honesty and being upfront from the very beginning refreshing? There is no room for mediocrity, this is after all a very serious and important transaction.
